Shipping Policy

Eligible wheel orders include complimentary standard sea shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page or at checkout.

Sea freight is our default method for large-format wheel and performance part orders. It balances cost efficiency with reliable international handling for specialty automotive components.

Most wheel orders ship with an estimated delivery window of 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, unless a different lead time is displayed on the product detail page.

Delivery timelines are estimates based on supplier release, export processing, transit, and final-mile handling. They are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking or status updates may be provided when available from the carrier or logistics partner.

Air freight is available by quote only. It is not offered as a standard checkout shipping option.

If you need faster delivery, submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the product page or contact page. Include your vehicle, selected wheel size, offset, quantity, and target timeline.

Quoted air freight pricing reflects carrier availability, dimensional weight, and destination handling — not a fixed checkout fee.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs clearance fees assessed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for duties and import charges upon delivery.

Inspect all packages upon delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos if the shipment appears compromised.

Concealed damage claims may require additional documentation and are handled case by case.
