What Is Covered
Products sold by DF OEM+ Parts are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless stated otherwise on your order documentation.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Installation damage, improper mounting, or incorrect torque procedures
- Curb rash, road hazard impacts, corrosion from neglect, or cosmetic wear
- Improper fitment, incorrect offset selection, or use on unsupported vehicles
- Racing, track use, off-road abuse, modification, or repainting
- Normal wear, fading, or finish variation acceptable within manufacturing tolerances
Verify Fitment Before Mounting
Vehicle compatibility listings and fitment guidance are provided to assist your purchase decision. Final fitment must be verified before mounting.
Once wheels are mounted or installed, return and warranty options are severely limited. Test-fit in a controlled environment when possible.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, product SKU, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
Approved claims may be resolved by repair, replacement, or refund at DF OEM+ Parts' discretion.
Warranty remedies do not include labor, shipping, installation, or consequential damages.
